What we collect
Community forms collect your contact details and selected interests. Membership applications also collect professional details, eligibility information and any optional verification documents you choose to upload. We record the source, date and wording of your consent.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide the updates you request, assess membership eligibility, operate approved memberships and the member portal, and maintain accurate consent and service records.
Services and disclosure
Teable processes membership applications and verification documents, communication preferences, membership operations and the approved member portal. Resend delivers transactional application email and opted-in communications. Supabase is retained only as an inactive rollback dependency for the previous system and does not receive new website submissions. These providers may process data outside Australia under their applicable safeguards. ACMHP does not sell your information.
Private applications and the public directory
Application details and verification documents are private and are not published in the member directory. Public-directory fields are published only after your explicit directory consent and ACMHP approval. Withdrawing directory consent removes the public listing without necessarily deleting records ACMHP must retain for membership, legal or governance purposes.
Your choices
You can use the preference or unsubscribe link in every newsletter and ask us to access, correct or remove information where applicable. Marketing unsubscribe requests are actioned within five working days.
